BUZZJET TROUT MODEL
This is a trout version that refines the popular Buzzjet, a noisy wakebait from Deps designed to cover water.
The strong wake created from the bait disturbs the water because of the Buzzjet’s distinctive spike lip that is bent to create that great action. It is a lure that responds to every rod movement, and the prop’s flashing disrupts the water and simulates baitfish being chased by predators. It attracts trout that are focused on the surface, as it also resembles a fallen insect or the pellets they are used to eating in a hatchery.
The unique action is a great way to experience fun topwater fishing.

SPIKE LIP
The lip, which is bent at the tip, grips the water and gives the bait excellent responsiveness while creating turbulence.
PROP
The prop disrupts the water flow around the spike clip, creating a unique wake.
The main eyelet has some play, allowing for flickering and flashes. This also enable the lure to grip the water as soon as you start your retrieve.
The scratching sound produced by the random contact with the rear hook is also very effective.
The prop is secured with an eye bolt, allowing it to be removed.
CAUTION
Take care where you store your baits, as they can become deformed or cracked due to air expansion during high temperatures. Keep them out of direct sunlight and in hot places, such as the inside of vehicles or tackle boxes, stored during the warmer months, as we are not responsible for damage caused by storing lures in high temperatures.

When reeling, it creates a wake and traces along the surface. With fast retrieve, it traces underwater while wobbling quickly.
