GOOBUM is derived from “Goosebumps.”
Its unique body shape, knife tail, fork tail, and side arms are all designed to grab water with even the slightest movement, generating a powerful combination of vibrations that create an unmistakable presence underwater.
During the prototype development stage, everyone involved in the project—including Takuma Hata—got goosebumps when they witnessed its action for the first time. That’s how the name “GOOBUM” was born
